How to Claim Your Listing (Step by Step)
Find Your Listing
Go to newsiteindex.com and search for your domain name. Your listing should appear in the search results. You can also browse by category or date detected. If your site was recently launched (within the last 30 days), it's likely already in our index.
Click 'Claim This Site'
On your listing page, you'll see a 'Claim This Site' button. Click it to start the claim process. This takes you to a short form where you describe your business and your role.
Fill Out the Claim Form
We'll ask for: your name, your email address, your role at the company (founder, marketing, etc.), a brief description of your business, and any corrections to the auto-detected listing info.
Submit and Wait for Verification
We review all claim requests to prevent fraudulent claims on other businesses' listings. Standard review time is 24–48 hours. For expedited review, include a note explaining your timeline.
Receive Confirmation and Access
Once approved, you'll receive an email with access to your listing management dashboard where you can update all listing details, manage your contact information, and view listing analytics.

Once your claim is approved and your listing is active, here's what changes:

If your site was recently launched and isn't listed yet, you can submit it directly via our Submit a Site page. New submissions are reviewed and added within 1–3 business days.
Can I remove my listing?
Once claimed, you can request removal of your listing by contacting us. We honor removal requests for verified listing owners.
What if someone else claimed my listing incorrectly?
If you believe a listing has been claimed fraudulently, contact us immediately with proof of domain ownership (a screenshot of your registrar account or DNS access) and we'll investigate and transfer ownership.
How was my site detected?
New Site Index monitors domain registration data and active web indexes to identify newly launched sites. Sites are added automatically when they meet our quality criteria (active homepage, real business, not parked/spam).
