New Site Index is a public directory of newly launched websites. We aggregate publicly available data to create listings. We do not endorse or verify any site listed in our directory.

When you submit or claim a site, you represent that you own or are authorized to represent the domain. False claims are prohibited and may result in removal.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not scrape the site in bulk without permission, use our data for spam campaigns, or attempt to manipulate listing rankings through artificial means.

5. API Access

API access is subject to the rate limits and terms of your chosen plan. Unauthorized API abuse may result in suspension.

6. Data Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all information is current or correct. Domain data is sourced from public registries and may change.

7. Limitation of Liability

New Site Index is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on data in our directory.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
