New Site Index is a public directory that detects and indexes newly launched websites. We collect publicly available information about domains and present it in a searchable format.

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Scrape or bulk-download data without an API key
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or contact site owners without consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent rate limits
• Misrepresent your identity when claiming a listing

4. Data & Privacy

All data displayed on New Site Index is sourced from publicly available records including certificate transparency logs and WHOIS databases. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle user-submitted data.

5. Claiming & Verification

By claiming a listing, you affirm you are the owner or authorized representative of the domain. False claims may result in removal and account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The New Site Index platform, design, and codebase are proprietary. Individual site data (titles, descriptions, domain names) remains the property of respective site owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

New Site Index is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy or completeness of data. We are not liable for decisions made based on information in the index.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
